Now that I’m coming to the very end of my 2nd trimester all of the tiredness & lack of appetite from the 1st trimester is coming back with a vengeance. 😫 Not to mention I’m having extreme aches & pains, especially in my hips. What did you do to make yourself feel better during this time in your pregnancy? Our little rainbow baby Silas is such a blessing & I’d endure anything for him but I just need something to boost me back to feeling myself again.

— Rest, stretching and eating very very small amounts of high protein foods consistently throughout the day.

— I’m on my last week of the second trimester and I’m in so much pain ALL THE TIME. I feel like this is payback from when I used to make my barbies do the splits lol.
— @gorgeousmay42217, me too! I hadn’t thought of the high protein. I’m starting to have an aversion to meats which is something I never thought was possible lol. So hopefully I’ll be able to find something to stomach.
