— I have been same way. My OBGYN suggested electrolyte water like propel as it doesn't have the sugar content of Gatorade and meal replacements that are high in protein

— @rayalove, my doctor told me they’re more concerned about me staying hydrated than actually eating but I have to have the saltines because I’m SO hungry! They’re a life saver
— @rayalove He also suggested Pedalyte..as gross as it may taste. It will also replace electrolytes from sickness
— My Dr prescribed me Diclegis. I take 2 at bedtime and I'm pretty good the next day.
— @k_nc, does drinking ginger ale count as being hydrated? It seems to be the only thing that stays down
— @rayalove, I say if it stays it counts 🤷🏼♀️ better than nothing. I recommend trying popsicles too cause they can help and if you get good ones they’re a little healthier, plus since you aren’t taking gulps of it it tends to soothe the belly better (in my experience). Also try mixing the ginger ale with smart water since there are added electrolytes
